This complete package offers an array of assessments to ensure your building is CQC Compliant.

A full legionella risk assessment with full control scheme and remedial actions identified, schematic drawings of the water system also provided as well as technical back up. Compliance in accordance to ACOP L8 and BS8580. A temperature probe and log sheets are also provided for continuous monthly temperature monitoring.

Full fire risk assessment of the building. The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has made fire risk assessments a mandatory requirement in line with: The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 and The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

These audits make a record of the current situation for both health and safety and disability access, an agreed action plan and priorities to reduce risk exposure are then outlined.

Guidance is provided on implementing the improvements for all assessments, as well as support observations and subsequent recommendations.
