This Labcold 440-litre pharmacy refrigerator was built to the specifications recommended by Public Health England in its Protocol for Ordering, Storing, and Handling Vaccines and cold chain medicines. It is driven by Labcold's unique IntelliCold® touch screen controller.

The factory-installed digital lock eliminates the issue of misplaced pharmacy fridge keys, giving you control over who has access. You can modify the code at any moment, and only those who know it will be able to unlock the pharmacy fridge. To ensure you can open the fridge in the event that you forget the code or there is a power outage, and the batteries are not installed, you can buy an optional master key.

It has a NEW touch screen controller that is completely flat and can be easily cleaned and disinfected because there are no raised buttons to accumulate dirt and germs. It has a 1.6M secondary (wandering) temperature probe that can be placed anywhere inside the pharmacy fridge. For both temperature probes, the controller shows, notifies, and records the minimum and maximum temperatures. The touchscreen controller locks after 30 seconds, much like a touchscreen on a cell phone, to prevent accidental button activation.

At minute intervals, the IntelliCold® controller logs temperature data for both probes, alarm states, refrigerator activity, and door openings. By ordering an optional Labcold micro-SD card that has been specifically encoded, you can see and store this data on a computer. With the aid of this information, you can keep accurate records, pass regulatory inspections, and determine the precise length and gravity of any problems that may arise.
