The service includes:

• Collection and delivery
• Decontamination
• Mattress service – The mattress and pump will be fully checked and tested. If any parts are faulty or need to be change the team will provide you a separate quote for the cost of the parts to replace them before sending back. Parts are charged separately.

• Manufacturer and model of the mattress, we can then offer a quote and provide a lead time which will include timescales if parts need to be ordered.
